    2. Description of Service

Important.app is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for productivity, task management, and habit tracking. It helps users organize goals, track progress, and manage habits. Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

    3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password). The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

    4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription, processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or cancel your access to the paid features.

    5. Hosting and Data Storage

The Service is hosted on AWS servers. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge that there are inherent security risks.

    6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.

    7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
